D’Leonor Hotel Inland Resort, Davao City

Spending some good time in a beach or any resorts with the whole family — including those extended ones, is an exciting thing to look forward to especially during special events like New Year — January 1. Smiley

This was actually what our family has decided to do on the earliest hour of January 1, 2012 after having our New Year celebration at home in Trento, Agusan del Sur — Dinampo Residence. At around 7 o’clock in the morning, we departed home going to D’Leonor Hotel Inland Resort in Davao City. It only took us less than 2 hours to travel since the road was very clear — free from running vehicle because it was New Year. Smiley

The D’Leonor Inland Hotel Resort is a very wide-range area which needs one to utilize their service van from the main entrance gate going to the entrance gate of the wave pool. That service van shown above was the one which fetched and dropped us at the gate of the wave pool.

The entrance fee to the wave pool is 250 PhP for the adult while for the kids, it costs 150 PhP. Smiley

I am not really sure how many cottages does D’leonor Hotel Inland Resort have but what I am pretty sure is that the resort can cater more or less 300 people, if I am not mistaken.

The D’Leonor Hotel Inland Resort Wave pool utilizes an artificial wave-maker that cause the water inside the pool to be wavy like the natural waves of the seas and oceans. Unlike the natural continuous waves, the waves in this wave pool only occurs every after 30 minutes.

Aside from the wave pool, the pool has its raging river surrounding it. At first glance, one can notice no raging water, but when tried dipping into the river, it really does.

Allow me to prolong your agony while I’m sharing our funny enjoyable experience at D’Leonor Hotel Inland Resort in Davao City. Stay tuned with my upcoming posts. Smiley
